ShakeSpeare® is rented as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, so you always get the latest software version, round-the-clock availability, stability and all available interfaces and plug-ins.
Yes, ShakeSpeare® is often installed on our customers’ own servers.
We will be happy to send you a detailed technical whitepaper containing all technical requirements. Please send us a request. In general, ShakeSpeare® only requires a Windows server, an SQL database and some storage space.
ShakeSpeare® is used in banks, ministries, law firms and clinics. Cyber security is important to us and our customers. That’s why we prioritise it during the entire development process. The most effort we put into ensuring secure encryptions and regular security tests during development, so that ShakeSpeare® systems and your data are secure and encrypted. Specific answers to detailed questions about cybersecurity can be found in our Security Whitepaper. For security reasons, we can only provide you with this upon request and after signing an NDA.
